Pada contoh ini untung kotornya Rp 109.936, tapi biaya sewa gedung Rp 200.000 membuat untung bersihnya minus Rp 90.160. Inilah yang tidak terlihat kalau Anda hanya membaca omzet atau untung penjualan.
Baris dengan nilai nol tidak ditampilkan. Kalau sebuah kategori biaya tidak muncul, berarti tidak ada pengeluaran di kategori itu pada periode yang Anda pilih.
Pajak yang Anda pungut dari pelanggan adalah titipan untuk negara, bukan pendapatan. Simplus mencatatnya sebagai kewajiban, jadi pajak tidak muncul di Laba Rugi.
Kalau di struk tidak ada diskon, pembulatan, atau retur, keduanya sama. Pada contoh ini keduanya Rp 109.936. Di Pulse, catatan Setelah diskon & pembulatan struk menunjukkan angka yang setara dengan Untung Kotor.
Periode menentukan rentang laporan. Header laporan menulis periodenya, misalnya Periode: 1 Januari – 31 Desember 2026.
Ekspor menyimpan laporan ke Excel atau PDF dengan urutan bagian yang sama seperti di layar. Lihat Ekspor laporan.
Laba Rugi selalu menghitung seluruh bisnis. Filter outlet tetap tampil, tapi tidak mengubah isi laporan. Header laporan selalu menulis Outlet: Semua Outlet. Untuk membandingkan untung antar outlet, pakai kartu UNTUNG PER OUTLET di Pulse.
Laba Rugi juga tidak punya kolom pembanding periode sebelumnya. Untuk membandingkan dua bulan, ekspor masing-masing bulan ke Excel lalu letakkan berdampingan.
